Airport transfers (to and from the airport), business meetings, concerts and sporting events, wine tours, city tours, private aviation, hourly charters, non-emergency medical appointments, corporate transportation.

How far in advance should I book?

Sedan and SUV reservations should be made at least 2 hours in advance. Sprinter Van reservations require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the date of service, so that we can confirm and guarantee our ability to provide the service. Need a ride sooner? What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact us at info@odessa-transportation.com or call +1 (425) 505-5592 for any changes or cancellations. Sedan & SUV: cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time — shorter notice will result in full charges plus a 20% gratuity. Sprinter Van & buses: cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice, or full charges will apply. Given these policies, we recommend canceling as early as possible to avoid penalties.

Yes, we offer a 5% discount for active and retired military personnel.

How is the price calculated?

Flat rate — common for airport transfers and specific point-to-point trips. Hourly rate × 3-hour minimum (Sedan and SUV) or × 4-hour minimum (Van) — common for events, weddings, dinners, and hourly chauffeur service. Vehicle type — Sedan, SUV, Sprinter Van, etc. Distance / itinerary — especially for longer trips. Wait time. Peak-time/event surcharge — evenings, weekends, major events, holidays. Gratuity/service fee — included in the quote or added separately upon customer request. A $25 early/late fee applies for trips between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Toll road charges are the client's responsibility. Fuel is included in the base rate for trips within a 40-mile radius. For trips beyond 40 miles, a 10% fuel surcharge is automatically added.

Do you offer a VIP meet-and-greet service?

Yes. Your chauffeur will meet you with a name sign at baggage claim. This service costs $35 for domestic flights and $50 for international flights.

How much free wait time is included after my flight lands?

1 hour for domestic flights and 2 hours for international flights. After that, additional wait time is billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate of your booked vehicle.

Yes, flight tracking is automatic. If your flight is changed, please be sure to let us know.

Yes. Booster seats are $25 and child seats are $50.
