Policies
Company Policies
Our company policies outline how we operate and what you can expect from Odessa Transportation.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat the chauffeur, the vehicle, and other passengers with respect. Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior toward the chauffeur will result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.
Smoking, Alcohol & Substance Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Washington State law prohibits the possession of an open container of alcohol or the consumption of alcohol by any occupant of a private vehicle, including passengers — this applies in our vehicles as well. Passengers who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol to a degree that poses a safety risk may be denied transport at the chauffeur's discretion.
Pets
Pets are welcome in our vehicles with advance notice at the time of booking, so that we can prepare the vehicle accordingly. A pet cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle requires additional cleaning after the trip.
Damage & Cleaning Fee
The client is responsible for any damage, spills, or excessive mess caused during the trip. A cleaning or damage fee of up to $250 may be charged, depending on the extent of the cleanup or repair required.
Lost & Found
Odessa Transportation is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the client and arrange its return; a delivery fee may apply.
Right to Refuse Service
Odessa Transportation reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any passenger whose behavior endangers the safety of the chauffeur, other passengers, or the vehicle.
Vehicle Substitution
In the rare event that a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or higher-class vehicle at no additional cost to the client.
Weather & Road Conditions
While we make every effort to maintain scheduled pickup and drop-off times, Odessa Transportation is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, road closures, accidents, or other conditions beyond our control.
Liability & Insurance
Odessa Transportation maintains commercial auto liability insurance in accordance with Washington State requirements. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights or events, resulting from delays outside of our control.
Privacy
Client information collected during booking (name, contact details, itinerary) is used solely for the purpose of providing transportation services and is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Complaints & Feedback
Any concerns regarding service quality should be directed to info@odessa-transportation.com or +1 (425) 505-5592 within 48 hours of the trip so that we can address the matter promptly.
