Airport Transportation

Airport travel is the service we run most. Odessa Transportation moves passengers between Sea-Tac International Airport (SEA), Boeing Field (BFI), Paine Field and their homes, offices and hotels across Redmond, Bellevue, Seattle and Kirkland. Sedans carry three passengers and three bags, SUVs carry six, and the 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter van handles full teams and families with ski bags, golf clubs or oversized luggage.

Every arrival is tracked automatically. If your flight lands early or sits on the tarmac, your chauffeur adjusts — there is no need to call ahead. Domestic arrivals include one hour of complimentary wait time and international arrivals two hours; beyond that, waiting is billed in 30-minute increments at your vehicle's hourly rate. You can choose curbside pickup at the door you specify, or a VIP meet-and-greet where your chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a name sign ($35 domestic, $50 international).

Departures are quoted as flat rates with no meter and no surge pricing. We recommend booking sedans and SUVs at least two hours ahead and the Sprinter van at least 24 hours ahead; if you need a car sooner, call and we will tell you honestly what is available. A $25 fee applies to trips between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, tolls are passed through at cost, and trips beyond 40 miles carry a 10% fuel surcharge — all shown before you confirm.

Corporate travellers can set up monthly billing and standing pickup details. Families can add booster seats ($25) or child seats ($50) at the time of booking. Every vehicle carries complimentary water, in-car Wi-Fi and full luggage assistance.
